He began his career as a mechanical designer at the Italian company Nuova Sme, later developing his project management competencies in international companies such as Cebi Poland, Automotive Lighting, Axeon, and Die Tech. He spent a total of 13 years at the latter, including 9 years as Managing Director, responsible for the comprehensive management of the company.

Educated at the Silesian University of Technology and the University of Economics in Katowice, he combines technical knowledge with managerial skills. Piotr is a growth-oriented leader focused on operational efficiency and building committed teams.
