She has long experience in the field of management and production processes optimisation. Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitate establishing stable relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners. Magdalena gained her invaluable experience while holding managerial positions in companies such as Zmorph S.A., Final S.A., Yawal S.A.

In 2015, she ranked 8th in the “100 Women in Business” ranking, and in 2019 she was granted the special award in the 8th Edition of the Factory of the Year Competition, in the CEO of the Year category.
