ZM Postęp at the workshop “Practical Aspects of ESG Reporting” in Krosno – sharing experiences and inspiration for sustainable development

The ZM Postęp team took part in a two-day training workshop in Krosno titled “Practical Aspects of ESG Reporting”, which brought together representatives of nearly 30 companies affiliated with the Polish Automotive Group.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and gain practical knowledge in the field of non-financial reporting – an area that is becoming one of the key challenges for manufacturing companies.

The first day of the workshop focused on modern solutions and hands-on exercises:

  • Michał Zwyrtek, EMBA, presented the use of artificial intelligence tools in the analysis and reporting of non-financial data.
  • Joanna Kruszewska, MBA, conducted an interactive workshop on calculating carbon footprint in the Scope 3 area, using real examples from company operations.

The second day included a visit to the SPLAST Sp. z o.o. facility and a meeting with an ESG auditor-expert from Grant Thornton Poland, which allowed participants to look at the topic from the perspective of practical compliance assessment and implementation.

Participation in the event organised by the Polish Automotive Group and SPLAST Sp. z o.o. was a valuable experience for our team, strengthening our competences in ESG reporting and sustainable development. We thank the organisers for this inspiring initiative and the opportunity to collaborate within the PGM network.
