Climate
Action
We are taking steps to reduce the impact of our operations on the climate.
We aim to achieve a 100% share of green energy by 2030. We are also calculating our Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon footprint and plan to extend the analysis to Scope 3 in 2027.
We are also preparing the Company for ESG reporting in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards.
We regard ESG as an integral part of the organisation’s development and the Company’s long-term management.
Double materiality assessment
We are conducting a double materiality assessment, which is an important part of preparing the organisation for ESG reporting in accordance with the ESRS.
The process included an analysis of the impacts, risks and opportunities associated with the Company’s operations, stakeholder engagement and the identification of the most important sustainability topics.
The results of the assessment help us to better understand the organisation’s impact on its surroundings and the significance of ESG factors for the Company’s future development.
Directions for future action
We regard sustainable development as a process of continuous improvement.
In the coming years, we will further develop activities related to monitoring our environmental impact, calculating our carbon footprint, ESG reporting, process optimisation, occupational safety and stakeholder communication.
Our objective is to systematically strengthen the Company’s environmental, social and organisational responsibility and to adapt our activities to changing legal and market requirements and stakeholder expectations.
