On 6 February, we completed the Internal Auditor IATF 16949:2016 training at our facility, attended by 15 employees from various areas of the organisation. This initiative represents another step in strengthening quality competencies within our structure.

The training was delivered by Invenio Poland and included both a theoretical component and intensive practical workshops. This format allowed us to deepen our understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. A particular value was the direct reference of normative requirements to real operational situations.

Participants gained practical skills in planning, conducting, and evaluating internal audits. This enables us to more effectively identify areas for improvement and support the development of our quality management system. We believe this knowledge will translate into greater process consistency and higher working standards.
