Our team participated in a specialist training course dedicated to steel, metallurgy, and processes affecting the durability, quality, and efficiency of tools used in industry. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to expand our technical knowledge and gain a better understanding of the processes that directly impact everyday work with industrial tools.

During the training, we gained knowledge in the field of basic metallurgy, steel classification and characteristics, as well as the selection of appropriate material grades depending on tool wear mechanisms. The most common operational issues and topics related to heat treatment and thermochemical treatment were also discussed.

One of the major advantages of the event was its practical component. We visited a commercial heat treatment facility and a plant specialising in the application of PVD coatings. This allowed us to observe technological processes that genuinely influence the durability, reliability, and quality of industrial tools in use.

We believe that continuous development of technical competencies enables us to better understand the needs of the industry and provide even more effective support to our partners and clients.
