On Thursday, April 24th, we had the pleasure of welcoming fourth-year General Engineering students from the Silesian University of Technology to our company. This visit was a great opportunity to share knowledge and showcase what modern industrial work looks like in practice.

Safety First – Kickoff with a Health & Safety Training 
Following our “safety first” policy, we began the visit with a brief Health & Safety training. This ensured that our guests could move around the facility safely and understand the key safety standards that are essential in an industrial environment.

Company Presentation and Facility Tour 
After the initial orientation, we introduced the students to our company’s structure, operations, and the sectors we serve. The second part of the visit included a guided tour through our production hall, tool shop, and quality control department.

This hands-on experience allowed the students to see our production processes up close—from concept to execution and final quality inspection.

Learning Through Experience – A Practical Perspective
The visit provided students with the chance to speak directly with our team, ask questions, and explore what working in a modern industrial setting really involves. We believe that such interactions are invaluable and that investing in young talent is essential for the future of our industry.
